The economical SCARA is designed to meet the production line’s demand for cost-effective models. A large number of scenarios do not require a high-speed SCARA with a high beat rate of 240ppm (0.25s), only relatively lower speed and higher cost-effectiveness. The economical SCARA includes two series, M-BD and M-GD, with more than ten models. The arm span covers 400mm-1000mm and the maximum load is 20kg.

Relying on the technological accumulation of high-speed SCARA, the economical SCARA also demonstrates excellent performance in both speed and accuracy, outperforming similar SCARAs on the market in terms of performance. Its standard cycle time has reached 0.36s, which is impressive among similar products. According to the testing of Astro Boy robots, similar models on the market generally have a cycle time of 0.40s or more.

From the perspective of workspace, the M-BD series has a large arm rotation angle of ± 132 ° and a small arm rotation angle of ± 154 °, and can cover a wide fan-shaped area with a maximum diameter of 1220mm; The M-GD series has a large arm rotation angle of ± 130 ° and a small arm rotation angle of ± 150 °, and can cover a wide fan-shaped area with a maximum diameter of 2000mm.
