ATOMROBOT Flexible Delta Robot Loading and Unloading Workstation

Official Launch of the Upgraded Version

Flexible Manufacturing Integrating Vision Recognition, High-Speed Picking, and Rapid Tray Loading

While most people rarely see robots operating inside factories, behind every precision component in our daily lives are industrial loading, unloading, and tray-handling systems running at high speed.

Automation in the precision small-parts sector has long faced challenges such as bulky equipment, complex integration, and high operating barriers. Addressing real-world production needs, this latest upgrade delivers improvements in four key areas: positioning accuracy, software interaction, system integration, and customization capabilities.

– Vision and Motion Coordination: The FP (Flying Pick) version achieves placement accuracy of ±0.05 mm, while the standard version delivers ±0.15 mm, ensuring precise placement of small parts even at high speeds.

– Enhanced Software System: Powered by the independently developed AtomCV_1.2 control system, featuring an intuitive graphical interface that simplifies product changeover operations.

– Optimized System Integration: An all-in-one integrated design reduces on-site installation and commissioning time, enabling faster production startup.

– Expanded Customization Capabilities: Customizable vibratory bowl feeders and material hoppers accommodate a wide variety of irregularly shaped small parts.

Empowering Factories from Within | Connecting Countless Products Beyond

The entire workstation, including its hardware and control system, is independently developed by ATOMROBOT. Featuring a highly integrated design, it requires no complicated secondary integration or production line modifications. Simply connect to an AC 220V power supply and the system is ready for production.

The workstation supports a wide range of applications, including bulk material handling, sorting and tray loading of irregularly shaped parts, labeling, laser marking, horizontal picking and vertical placement, dual-station operation, synchronized dual-robot operation, and rotary-disk feeding.

Its throughput ranges from 2,400 to 3,600 PCS/H, with operating cycles flexibly adjustable according to material characteristics and process requirements.

Key industries served include 3C electronics, powder metallurgy, new energy lithium batteries, pharmaceuticals, and personal and home care products.

The workstation features ATOMROBOT’s independently developed AtomCV_1.2 control system. No professional robotics programming background is required. Operators can easily edit tasks through the graphical interface, reducing material changeover time from several hours to just over ten minutes.

The robot offers a repeatability of ±0.01 mm across the entire series. The AM-BL03/05/06/08 lineup is available in two configurations: Standard and FP (Flying Pick).

Model Selection Guide:

On the Production Line | Experience the True Power of Flexible Delta Robots

In 3C electronics, new energy lithium battery, pharmaceutical, and personal and home care manufacturing facilities, ATOMROBOT’s Flexible Delta Robot Loading and Unloading Workstation handles sorting and tray loading of small parts with speed and precision.

New Energy Lithium Battery Components ↑

Inside the vibratory bowl feeder, miniature lithium battery components are fed in an orderly manner. The vision system identifies and locates each part, while the ATOMROBOT Flexible Delta Robot Loading and Unloading Workstation moves rapidly to pick up components with precision and neatly place them into trays.

Many workstations operate in confined spaces where large automation equipment cannot be installed. This solution requires no production line foundation modifications and can be put into operation with a standard AC 220V power supply, addressing both space constraints and the challenge of maintaining consistent manual tray loading.

3C Electronic Components ↑

Miniature battery electrode sheets are randomly mixed, with varying orientations and extremely small dimensions. Using Flying Pick vision recognition, the workstation identifies each component’s orientation, while the ATOMROBOT Flexible Delta Robot Loading and Unloading Workstation picks and reorients parts with micron-level precision.

Many manufacturers seek automation solutions but face a shortage of professionals with robotics expertise. With its intuitive graphical interface, this workstation allows ordinary production operators to complete equipment setup and commissioning with ease.

Personal and Home Care Products ↑

To accommodate fluctuating production cycles and multi-variety orders in the personal and home care industry, the workstation in this application delivers stable vision-based identification and sorting, while supporting rapid product changeovers to meet flexible manufacturing requirements.

Inside factories, ATOMROBOT’s Flexible Delta Robot Loading and Unloading Workstations are already serving leading companies across various industries, including CATL, BYD, Foxconn, Tongda Group, Luxshare, Nanfu, Sunwoda, Lenovo, Changying Precision, Vinda, Bear, Galanz, L’Oréal, and Panasonic.

Covering new energy, 3C electronics, personal and home care products, and other sectors, ATOMROBOT leverages its independently developed high-speed Delta robots and integrated vision solutions to continuously improve efficiency in flexible handling processes involving bulk materials and irregularly shaped parts.

Beyond factory walls, electric vehicles, smartphones, personal care products, household medicines… countless everyday products all rely on the high-speed, precision picking capabilities of ATOMROBOT’s Flexible Delta Robot Loading and Unloading Workstation.

Its movements across production lines follow the supply chain, eventually finding their way into our everyday lives.
