[Technical Workflow]
1. Horizontal Product Feeding: Bulk-loaded empty bottles are singulated and fed horizontally (lying flat) on the conveyor line.
2. Omnidirectional Vision Detection: The vision system detects each bottle’s coordinates, rotation angle, and face-up/face-down orientation in real-time.
3. 3D Rotation & Upright Placement: Four-axis Delta robots dynamically track the target, pick the flat bottles, execute precise mid-air rotation, and place them vertically (upright) onto the downstream conveyor.
