Recently, a delegation from Tianjin Binhai Vocational College, led by Party Secretary Wang Jianzhi and Vice President Liu Yongxin, visited ATOMROBOT for an on-site exchange. The delegation was accompanied by Director Wang Anbo from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA) and Director Wang Yizhu from the Advanced Manufacturing Bureau. Mr. Liu Songtao, Founder and Chairman of ATOMROBOT, warmly received the delegation.

The visit centered on key themes including industry–education integration, collaborative talent cultivation, and enterprise engagement for employment expansion. The goal was to precisely align advanced manufacturing talent needs in TEDA with vocational education resources and jointly explore new pathways for cultivating highly skilled technical professionals to support high-quality regional industrial development.

During the symposium, both parties identified clear collaboration points in joint talent development. Preliminary consensus was reached on establishing micro-specialty programs and customized “order-based classes” tailored to enterprise needs. These initiatives aim to align academic training standards seamlessly with job competency requirements, enabling the college to deliver “plug-and-play” technical talents specifically trained for ATOMROBOT.

Building on this foundation, the two sides further discussed the practical development of an industry–education integration platform. ATOMROBOT and Tianjin Binhai Vocational College plan to jointly establish a shared training base and an industry–education consortium. This collaboration goes beyond physical space sharing to deeply integrate the education chain, talent chain, and industrial chain by bringing cutting-edge enterprise technologies and real production projects directly into the classroom. The vision is to achieve true integration where “classroom becomes workshop, and learning becomes hands-on training.”

As a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in advanced technologies, ATOMROBOT recognizes its responsibility in leading industrial advancement. This cooperation carries broader significance in empowering regional intelligent manufacturing upgrades. Through deep partnership with the college, both sides aim to supply Tianjin TEDA’s advanced manufacturing sector with innovative, practice-oriented technical professionals, forming a virtuous cycle of “education promoting industry, and industry empowering education.”

Accompanied by Mr. Liu Songtao, the delegation toured the company’s exhibition hall and production workshop, gaining in-depth insights into ATOMROBOT’s technological breakthroughs and industrial layout in areas such as parallel-structure humanoid robots and high-speed parallel robots, as well as the company’s current demand for multidisciplinary, highly skilled talents.

During the discussion, Secretary Wang Jianzhi introduced the college’s educational positioning, specialty development, and progress in industry–education integration, expressing strong interest in deep cooperation. Vice President Liu Yongxin further proposed concrete collaborative training approaches in light of the digital and intelligent transformation of industry.

ATOMROBOT expressed high recognition of the college’s educational strengths and talent quality, noting strong alignment between the college’s programs and the company’s needs. The company stated its intention to use this visit as a starting point to establish a long-term strategic partnership, achieving resource sharing and mutual
