From October 29 to 31, Asia’s premier innovation event — the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH 2025) — grandly opened at Marina Bay Sands.

The Cross-Tracking Demo Cell is equipped with Atomrobot’s next-generation robot, highlighting its dynamic pick-and-place performance under dual-axis high-speed motion.

In scenarios such as vision-assisted sorting of light, irregular materials or high-speed, high-precision pick-and-place on moving tooling platforms, a robot’s tracking responsiveness is critical.

Atomrobot’s self-developed controller achieves full dynamic synchronization, enabling ±0.1 mm precision and 200 picks per minute, ensuring stability and reliability across complex dynamic operations.

“The core focus is on demonstrating dynamic pick-and-place capabilities under dual-motion synchronization,” said an Atomrobot representative.

“Simply put, both the infeed conveyor (pick-up side) and outfeed conveyor (placement side) are moving simultaneously, while the robot performs precise gripping and placement between the two.”

This system can be widely applied across multiple industries — not only in traditional food and pharmaceutical sectors, but also in areas with stringent motion-control demands such as glass bottle packaging and brake pad manufacturing.
